My journey began at Matterhorn Motor Inc. in the Philippines, where I discovered my passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities. This early experience taught me the fundamentals of full-cycle recruitment and the importance of candidate experience.
At Megawide Construction Corp., I expanded my recruitment expertise into specialized industries, managing recruitment for engineering and construction roles. This experience taught me the importance of understanding industry-specific talent needs and building strategic partnerships with hiring managers.
My role at Power Recruitment LLC was transformative, where I combined recruitment with payroll administration for 8,000+ employees. This gave me comprehensive HR knowledge, managing everything from talent acquisition to payroll compliance, and understanding how different HR functions interconnect.
Currently at AGAPI IT in Dubai, I'm focused on leveraging modern technologies and AI tools to enhance recruitment processes. This role allows me to work with innovative companies and stay at the forefront of HR technology trends.
